Intention

Some days, you try to “be grateful” and it turns into another performance. You can hold both truth and tenderness at the same time. Gratitude can be real without denying what hurts.

  • Write 3 levels of gratitude: Small, Steady, and Sacred.
  • Circle one item you can receive fully today (instead of rushing past it).
  • Send one short, specific gratitude message to someone.
